What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory business plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within federal law enforcement and government organizations
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and facilitate in-market engagements
- Manage all aspects of the product trial lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities within the employer's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of software sales experience targeting the U.S. Federal Government
- Proven success in selling to federal justice and public safety agencies
- Proficiency with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and persuasive selling capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with federal agencies such as DOJ, FBI, DEA, or ATF
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
