      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review damage photos and claim file loss details to validate damages are loss-related
      - Create loss damage estimates that accurately represent known damages
      - Explain the repair estimate to clients and negotiate settlements
      - Provide on-the-job training and feedback for team members as requested by the manager
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical policies and requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum 1-3 years of auto damage estimating experience
      - Provincial adjuster's licensing and bilingual language fluency (English/French) preferred
      - Strong customer service skills and excellent negotiating abilities
      - Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repair
      - Experience estimating vehicles using ADP or Mitchell systems
      - Must be I-CAR Platinum or currently working on attaining this designation
      - Willingness to enroll in CIP designation
