  Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Business Planning to join us in a full-time capacity in one of our Segra offices, preferably in Kansas City, MO or Richmond, VA. We will consider candidates in other Segra office locations, depending upon skill set and qualifications.
  Location Requirement:
  This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
  Role Overview:
  The Senior Financial Analyst supports business operations and contributes to projects within the Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) department. The position has exposure to functional leaders and collects and presents data in an executive friendly format. The Senior Financial Analyst conducts high level analyses at the corporate level and contributes to the areas of business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, M&A/valuation, and ad-hoc FP&A projects as required.
  Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a similar degree dealing in numbers is required. If they have an MBA, the undergraduate degree can be in any field of study.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred in related positions.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to mine data
  • Experience with month end Financial Reporting and variance analysis
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work with cross functional groups
  • Strong computer skills required, specifically Excel & MS Office.

  Salary Range: $86,205 - $107,835
