      Senior Immigration Paralegal - Extraordinary Ability & Treaty Visas

      We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal to support a rapidly growing practice focused on extraordinary ability and treaty-based matters, including EB-1A, O-1A, E-1, and E-2 visas.

      This role is drafting-heavy (approximately 80%) and designed for someone who can make an immediate impact in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident managing 20-25 cases concurrently, works independently with minimal supervision, and thrives in a scaling practice.

      This position is remote-friendly (or hybrid for Austin-based candidates).

      Location Eligibility:

      Candidates must reside in Texas, Massachusetts, and Illinois

      Responsibilities
      • Draft and prepare EB-1A, O-1A, E-1, and E-2 petitions with minimal attorney oversight.
      • Manage cases end-to-end, including document collection, drafting, filing, and follow-up.
      • Collaborate closely with attorneys on strategy, review, and refinement of filings.
      • Communicate directly with clients to request evidence, clarify narratives, and provide case updates.
      • Track deadlines and workflows using case management systems.
      • Assist with RFEs and complex case issues as needed.
      • Contribute to process improvements and best practices as volume scales.
      • Support limited administrative tasks related to filings and client communication.

      Qualifications
      3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience (required).
      Strong, hands-on experience with EB-1A and O-1A drafting (required).
      • Experience with E-1 and E-2 petitions (strongly preferred).
      • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently.
      • Excellent legal writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-growing practice with evolving needs.
      • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

      • Is comfortable handling 20-25 active matters at once.
