What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in project kickoff and discovery sessions to document business and interface requirements
- Lead enterprise-wide system integration initiatives, applying advanced technical expertise and strong project management skills
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external client teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions
- Develop and execute detailed testing scenarios that validate business requirements
- Mentor junior team members and conduct solution reviews as a senior contributor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience with public safety integration projects
- 7+ years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
- Proven ability to deliver uni- and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS, CAD-to-ePCR)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (including VPN tunnels) and server infrastructure
- Proficient in analyzing structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, HTML)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Skilled in interpreting API protocols and schemas and translating business processes into technical requirements
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols
- Familiarity with public safety workflows (e.g., emergency response, incident reporting)
