What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all phases of IT projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks aligned with project objectives
- Provide support to customers and leadership through effective project management
- Coordinate project team activities and become familiar with system scope and project objectives
- Lead project teams and coach the development of other Project Managers
- Manage interdependencies among multiple related and unrelated projects to achieve organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
- Experience managing IT projects focused on Networking, Operations, Voice & Access
- Proven ability to handle complex project issues and communicate effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contact center, call center, or telephony projects
