What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead development of photorealistic simulations and graphic layouts
- Assist in technical writing for environmental impact analysis documents
- Work directly with clients and subject matter experts in visual resources
- Ensure project quality, schedule, and budget objectives
- Collaborate with resource teams and senior leadership to promote the employer's business interests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, environmental planning, or environmental science
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental planning or landscape architecture
- Proficiency in orienteering skills and interpreting spatial relationships
- Experience with infrastructure analysis, particularly in the renewable energy sector
- Working knowledge of NEPA, CEQA, and other state and federal environmental laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, and other 3D modeling software
- Experience with design solutions and products
- Familiarity with BOEM Seascape Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (SLVIA)
- Experience with U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Federal Highway Administration, and National Park Service
