      What is the opportunity?

      Join our growing Client Service team and play a key role in delivering a differentiated servicing experience for strategic, high value clients. RBC’s Transaction Banking team provides comprehensive treasury and cash management, trade finance, and payment solutions to corporate and institutional clients, supporting businesses to optimize their working capital, manage risk and streamline operations through innovative digital tools and global expertise.

      As a Senior Manager, Client Service, you will lead a team of Client Service Advisors (CSAs and Senior CSAs), specializing in treasury and cash management products. You will coach your team to provide an exceptional client servicing experience, deepen client relationships through effective collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders, including the Client Relationship Team (CRT), product teams, operations groups, and other partners.

      What will you do?

      • Lead a best-in-class Servicing Team by attracting, developing and enabling employees through strong coaching routines, capacity planning and continually monitoring portfolio demands to ensure the delivery of high-quality service

      • Coach team members on relevant products, systems, processes and resources to deliver exceptional client experiences

      • Foster a collaborative working environment, committed to continuous learning and development to deliver a One RBC client experience

      • Provide escalation support and advocate for client experience within risk guidelines

      • Work closely with stakeholders to address systemic pain points, enhance quality, improve efficiency and drive performance excellence

      • Represent the Client Service team in broader change initiatives, driving positive change and influencing outcomes

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have:

      • 5-7 years of related experience with strong working knowledge of treasury and cash management operations and products

      • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience

      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders

      • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

      • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

      Nice to have:

      • Commercial or corporate banking client servicing experience

      • Certified Treasury Professional, CertICM or other relevant professional designation
