- Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers
- Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design & calculations
- Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, New Product Development
- Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production)
- Improvement in Production line FTY, customer DPM.
- PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly & drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
- Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM
- Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up,
- Collaborative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC standards IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-2 etc.
