      Position Title: Senior Manager – Electromechanical Design

      Experience: 6 - 8 years

      Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)

      Location: Vadodara

      Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

      1. Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers
      2. Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design & calculations
      3. Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, New Product Development
      4. Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production)
      5. Improvement in Production line FTY, customer DPM.

      Functional Competencies:

      1. PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly & drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
      2. Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM
      3. Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up,
      4. Collaborative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
      5. Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC standards IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-2 etc.
