  Senior Manager - ERP Project Manager

  We are looking for a top-performing transformation delivery professional to join this dynamic and fast-growing team to help us meet the current market demand for project and program management/Delivery.

  What will your typical day look like?

  As a Senior Manager in our team, you will help lead the execution of client engagements through structured problem-solving and effective time management with the support and guidance needed to deliver high-quality outcomes and build authentic and trusted relationships with our clients and the broader Deloitte firm.

  You will also oversee the work of managers and Sr Consultants, working closely with Program team to ensure effective communication and progress reporting to senior management and collaborate with product owners, leads, and technical teams to define strategy, requirements, and timelines.

  Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

  You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • Well-versed with Management Consulting methodologies and understanding of ERP solutions and key business drivers
  • Demonstrated delivery experience of cross-functional platforms/ERP with some exposure/understanding of Finance and Operational business processes.
  • Experience in running design thinking workshops and Client sessions
  • Have successfully led and delivered large-scale Business/Technology transformation programs and teams.
  • End to End delivery experience as an Agile Delivery Manager/Project Manager leading multiple cross-functional teams with certification in Certified PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or other agile certifications
  • Prepare, maintain, and track the progress of project schedules, reports, resource forecasts, RAID logs, minutes, project documentation
