      OVERVIEW

      For the NEXPERIA Logistics team we are looking for a Logistics Process Senior Manager role located in Malaysia, who drives globally logistics improvements, logistics performance, logistics operations, window contact for Global Logistics and managing service providers. A person who has agility in supply chain management (SCM) systems and good communication skills and team management. As being part of the Global Logistics organization, based in Malaysia, there is close cooperation with internal teams within supply chain, IT and other business units and external parties like logistics service providers, suppliers and customers.


      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Focus is to drive improvement & performance, cost/efficiency and customer satisfaction, as the logistics network is highly automated and centralized systems are key enabler.

      The job involves difference Areas:

      Logistics solution design & Operations:

      • Identify opportunities and solutions need to be developed to realize the required improvement in systems, process, operations & performance.

      Supply chain data analysis:

      • projects are requiring understanding of order behaviour in various SCM systems that Nexperia uses (SAP, WMS and TMS) and to provide data analytics & reports.

      Logistics System and process set-up and implementation:

      • Systems and SOP need to be developed, configured and documented.
      • Implementation plan covers testing, trouble shooting actual go-live.
      • Ability to translate SCM requirements into logistics solutions and systems in a creative way is a key capability.
      • working with and coordination others towards a result.


      YOUR PROFILE

      • More than five years of experiences in SCM / Logistics in one or more of the above areas
      • Able to work independently, be pro-actively and able to drive and motivate the team
      • Strong leadership & people management skills
      • Strong communication and listening skills
      • Good problem solving and analytical skills
      • Time management and prioritization, able to manage multiple tasks and projects
      • Active, fast learner
      • Proactive and Goal-oriented
      • Good computer skills with Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel)
      • Familiar with IT systems, SAP / EWM, Power BI knowledge preferrable
      • High sense of responsibility & perseverance
      • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to solve complex problems
