What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing forecasts and reports for management
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with high-value clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience managing customer-facing sales cycles
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in a sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving consistent quota attainment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in prioritization and time management
