      Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

      'Responsibilities :

      1. Manage a team of Program Managers , responsible for planning and execution of engine development programs.
      2. Work closely with COE head and support them in planning and execution of projects.
      4. Integrated planning, alignment of stakeholders & execution of engine projects .
      5. Risk management - Support COE Head with Risk identification & work on risk responses along with key stakeholders.
      6. Manage and align key stakeholders (outside PD) for the overall delivery - Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Plant, Product Planning, Business.
      7. Resource planning & management - Plan resources and work with COE head for deployment
      8. Responsible for project budgets proposals, reviews with senior management and facilitating approvals.
      9. Responsible for managing projects within approval budgets.
      10. Responsible for change management
      11. Drive productivity improvement , process improvement and ensure governance and process compliance
      12. Manage engineering consultancy contracts - Contract finalisation, legal vetting & execution.
      13.Escalation management with senior leadership

      Experience

      14-18 Years

      Industry Preferred

      '• Automotive OEM's
      • Farm Equipment OEM's
      • Tier 1 Suppliers of Auto / Farm

      Qualifications

      BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engg /Production / Manufacturing / Electronics /
      PMP Certification will be an added advantage

      General Requirements

      '1.A good understanding of engine development and emission regulations.
      2.Strategic planning & roadmap alignment
      3.Ability to convert technical complexities into business decisions
      4..Good communication & listening skills.
      5. Team handling skills - An fine balance of empathy and delivery orientation.
      6. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders , thereby facilitating solutions for issues / risks.
      (Should be able to work on problem solving)
      7. Agility - To handle multiple projects simultaneously, To respond quickly to changing needs of the project.
