- Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy based on the needs of the supported business; perform analysis of hiring needs and provide appropriate recruiting plans.
- Lead team of Talent Acquisition professionals in supporting relevant business areas.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless processes and transparency for both candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Leverage appropriate technologies to manage candidate and new hire processing.
- Proactively source candidates for roles throughout the company. Cultivate relationships through relevant sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to quickly place highly qualified candidates.
- Contribute to the development of effective interview and talent identification processes.
- Provide hiring teams with data pertaining to job market trends and related recruiting information.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, employment centers or other events.
- Ensure a stellar candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and new hire stages.
- Assist in hiring, developing, coaching, leading and retaining top-tier talent within the team.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- 13+ related talent acquisition experience, with a focus on technical hiring and specifically software and AI.
- 7+ years leadership experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related databases (iCIMS experience preferred).
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Ability to collaborate with and motivate partners across the business.
- Customer service ethos and a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
Overview
The Sr. Manager, TA will manage a team within the broader Talent Acquisition team, a cohesive unit supporting related hiring groups. This role will devise and implement recruiting strategy for the team, provide leadership and guidance to members of the team, and contribute to the success of the team’s recruiting efforts, while also owning their own set of requisitions. The Sr. Manager will also contribute to broader policy and process strategies that affect the wider organization beyond their own business unit(s). This role will focus on technical hiring including software development and AI.

Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
