What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver value to customers by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise
- Analyze customer needs and guide their adoption of cloud and non-cloud technologies
- Manage project milestones, quality targets, and stakeholder expectations
- Develop intellectual property and lead teams in consulting engagements
- Spearhead modernization programs encompassing people, culture, process, and technology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience with an IT professional service firm or a similar background focused on IT strategy enablement
- Knowledge of major cloud technologies, including virtualization and containers
- Subject matter expertise in at least three domains such as cloud computing, IT operations, and automation
- Experience in data modeling and analytical tools like Excel and Tableau
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT and/or cloud technology architecture and service management
- ITSM and ITIL or COBIT certification
- Business case skills, including ROI and TCO analysis
- Experience leading workshops and interviews for discovery and assessment engagements
