- Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing system design projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that exceed expectations.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Oversee the development of detailed construction documents, including system designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Support construction phase activities-responding to RFIs, conducting site visits, and reviewing submittals.
- Mentor junior engineers and drafters, fostering growth and professional development.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience as a Professional Mechanical Engineer, with a strong focus on HVAC and plumbing system design.
- Current registration as a Mechanical Engineer in the State of California, or ability to obtain registration within 6 months of hire.
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design, including system layout, equipment selection, load calculations, and code compliance.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing project teams and resources.
- Annual Salary Range: $125,000 – $185,000
(Actual pay will be based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.) - Flexible, Hybrid Schedule (after trial period) based on business needs and work/life balance

From conceptual design through construction administration, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your technical expertise and leadership will drive innovation and elevate the performance of our mechanical engineering team.
