What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare provider offices within assigned patient support programs
- Support patient enrollment and onboarding, ensuring required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner
- Navigate and resolve complex patient access issues, including coverage verification and reimbursement documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and healthcare providers regarding program processes and next steps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth patient journeys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of related experience in healthcare customer service, patient support, or medical program coordination
- Demonstrated experience supporting patients or customers in a regulated healthcare environment
- Strong proficiency with business systems and technology, including case management systems and MS Office
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues independently
- Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within Patient Support Programs (PSP) or specialty pharmacy support
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and payer coordination
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or specialty medication programs
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred but not required
