      As an Associate Product Manager in Deposits 2.0, you will be responsible for driving the execution of product initiatives from concept to delivery. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. Your focus will be on maximizing the value delivered by the scrum team through effective backlog management, agile process leadership, and data-driven decision making.


      Job Responsibilities

      • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories and epics are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
      • Collaborate with the Senior Product Managers to refine and prioritize features based on the strategic focus, customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
      • Facilitate and participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and transparency
      • Write clear, actionable epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team understands the “what” and “why” behind each item.
      • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate them into deliverable work items.
      • Track and report on sprint progress, agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time), and team performance to identify areas for improvement. Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
      • Ensure that all Continuous Improvement and Continuous Deployment processes are properly followed, supporting the team in adopting practices that enhance delivery efficiency and product quality.
      • Take ownership of defect management and work closely with the appropriate teams to ensure issues are logged, prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently to maintain high product quality.
      • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and changes in priorities.
      • Ensure feedback from stakeholders and end users is incorporated into the backlog and future sprints. Advocate for the customer by ensuring delivered features meet user needs and provide measurable value.
      • Support user research, journey mapping, and feedback collection to inform product decisions.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within an agile environment.
      • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the product development life cycle.
      • Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for scrum teams.
      • Proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA, Jira Align, Confluence, or equivalent.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Experience working directly with cross-functional scrum teams in a delivery-focused product role.
      • Familiarity with agile metrics and reporting tools.
      • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
