Amazon is looking for a pro-active, results oriented Sr. Product Manager (m/f/d) to join the exciting Amazon Fresh (F3) team in DE/IT/ES. You will own, oversee and execute strategic, cross-functional projects, strategy updates and internal tool implementations. You will drive functional teams tasks and decision making with your detailed data insights, while maintaining a strong customer focus on Quality and Delivery processes, building customer trust and changing our customer's way of shopping groceries.
The ideal candidate will be strongly analytical, data driven and BI experienced with proven track record of driving cross-functional and -organizational projects, process improvements and delivering results. This position will be responsible for leading retail focused experimentation and improvements in different Quality and Delivery environments, piloting and executing workstreams to improve customer experience and supporting the CEU F3 team with an analytical skillset to better understand customer behavior, setup new processes or execute ad-hoc analysis.
The candidate will be comfortable thinking strategically, but also be able and willing to execute hands-on operational tasks.
This role interacts closely with all F3 functions and is pivotal to the growth and transformation of F3. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.

Munich, BY, DEU - Bachelor's Degree
- Significant product management and BI experience
- Robust analytical & modelling skills required
- A fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL (Python knowledge is a plus)
- Possess strong communication and persuasion skills
- Has a superior attention to detail and customer obsession
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams and an ambiguous environment
- Fluent English skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies
- Create consensus for the product vision
- Work closely with international product management, and business stakeholders to align resources to priorities and deliver features to customers
- Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
- Proven experience working on cross-functional projects
- German/Spanish or Italian knowledge is a plus
