What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead high-impact retail projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Create and manage project plans, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed
- Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability for milestones while resolving issues collaboratively
- Proactively identify risks and conflicts, providing objective mitigation strategies and sound decision-making
- Maintain and update project management systems and tools to support effective project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of complex, high-impact projects
- 5+ years of experience in connecting strategic and operational aspects for streamlined execution
- 5+ years of strong facilitation skills with executives and project teams
- 5+ years of experience in building strong relationships and effectively communicating needs
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus but not required
