      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct property risk engineering site inspections of existing and prospective policyholders with varying levels of complexity
      - Generate technical property risk engineering reports identifying exposures and recommending controls to minimize potential losses
      - Collaborate with Risk Analysts to assist insureds in resolving identified property risk engineering deficiencies
      - Mentor junior Risk Engineering Consultants in report generation and account management
      - Regularly coordinate with internal and external resources on risks of all complexity levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of technical and/or engineering-related experience
      - Must possess property experience, including exposure to high-hazard properties
      - Strong understanding of NFPA Codes and Standards or equivalent (Factory Mutual Guidelines)
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-hazard industrial accounts
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel
      - Strong consultative skills and technical judgment
      - Ability to assess evolving industrial processes
      - Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced colleagues
