      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct property risk engineering site inspections for existing and prospective policyholders
      - Generate detailed technical reports identifying property risk exposures and recommending controls
      - Collaborate with Risk Analysts to resolve property risk engineering deficiencies for insureds
      - Mentor junior Risk Engineering Consultants in report generation and account management
      - Coordinate with internal and external resources on complex risk issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of technical and/or engineering-related experience
      - Strong property experience, particularly with high-hazard property exposure
      - Proficient understanding of NFPA Codes and Standards or equivalent
      - Excellent communication skills to convey technical decisions clearly and confidently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with complex manufacturing operations and fire protection systems
      - Familiarity with modern manufacturing risks and sprinkler systems
      - Ability to assess evolving industrial processes effectively
      - Previous mentoring experience within a technical field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
