      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct property risk engineering site inspections of existing and prospective policyholders
      - Generate technical property risk engineering reports to identify exposures and recommend controls
      - Collaborate with Risk Analysts to resolve identified property risk engineering deficiencies
      - Mentor junior Risk Engineering Consultants and assist in their development
      - Coordinate with internal and external resources on various risk complexities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of technical and/or engineering-related experience
      - Direct property experience, including high-hazard property exposure
      - Strong understanding of NFPA Codes and Standards or equivalent
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word with basic knowledge of Excel

      - Experience in high-hazard industrial accounts and complex manufacturing operations
      - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
      - Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to less experienced consultants
      - Familiarity with modern manufacturing risks and fire protection systems
