What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior domain expertise around Indirect Tax Technology Suite (ITTS) solutions
- Assist in the client discovery process to uncover challenges and desired solution architecture
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients
- Collaborate with sales and product functions to ensure successful onboarding post-sale
- Develop and lead training sessions within the Sales Engineer department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 6 years of Sales Engineer experience or equivalent
- Strong team orientation with a history of collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multiple language skills preferred
- Solid knowledge of different communication protocols (e.g., APIs, SFTP, AS2)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Experience in creating RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients
