What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
- Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations
- Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
- Perform data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Salesforce Certified with a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
- Proven history of leading end-to-end enhancements in a Salesforce production environment
- Strong working knowledge of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
