What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across various clouds including Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Mentor and guide junior developers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and implement custom software and database applications for both legacy and modern systems
- Promote AI literacy within the engineering team and encourage the ethical use of AI in software development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to strategic initiatives and explore new technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Salesforce Platform experience as a developer
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and Aura Components
- Experience with various programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and Java
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SOQL, Mongo DB, and Oracle
- Understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Playwright and Copado CRT
- Experience with AI development tools and coding assistants
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Models, Security Structure, and change management
- Exposure to GitHub, Codefresh, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Curiosity about new languages, technologies, and tools
