What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver successful consulting engagements across multiple Risk offerings while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments using industry-recognized frameworks as a lead consultant
- Provide advisory services to clients to enhance their cyber risk management and information security programs
- Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their business environments and requirements
- Mentor other Risk consultants and contribute to practice and offering development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of combined cybersecurity GRC experience across private/public sector and consulting
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience consulting and delivering risk assessments using industry-recognized methodologies
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF and ISO 31000
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and implementing GRC and cybersecurity risk management programs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience driving cybersecurity assessments for client organizations
- Demonstrated experience developing information security policies and standards
- Coachable with the ability to receive feedback and adjust quickly
- Previous consulting experience
