What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement scalable solutions primarily on Salesforce, while considering alternative platforms as needed
- Develop robust Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, along with declarative tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, ensure security, and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to modern engineering practices, including automated testing and scalable architecture
- Evaluate technical requirements and select the best-fit platform or tool for each solution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Advanced development experience using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and declarative tools
- Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Platform Application Architect)
- Experience in agile development and architecture documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with technical and business teams
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or equivalent Azure expertise
- Prior experience using Apex Common library
