  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure
  - Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions to connect 3Cloud sellers with Microsoft and channel field teams
  - Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders
  - Work directly with clients and internal project managers to coordinate partner engagement and navigate escalations
  - Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements for alliance execution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2-5 years of experience, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred
  - Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage a large pipeline of information
  - Strong analytical problem-solving ability
  - Experience working in a consulting or sales environment
  - Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
