What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop concepts and visuals for marketing and communication assets, adhering to the employer's visual identity
- Create multimedia content, including animated videos, infographics, and social media posts
- Collaborate with project managers to understand content needs and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback
- Provide design quality control and brand review for external communications created by freelance staff
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with outside vendors such as printers and graphic designers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of creative, multimedia, and marketing experience
- Bachelor of Arts degree in a design-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and InDesign), WordPress, and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional creativity and artistic problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video and photography editing and production
- Familiarity with Canva for design projects
- Previous work in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
