      Description

      Minimum qualifications:

      • 2 years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Corporate Law or Investigative experience
      • Up to 15% travel as needed
      • Skilled in gathering and analyzing information through documentation review, interviews and data collection, while maintaining confidentiality and procedural integrity
      • Experience fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment by working with diverse stakeholders to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization
      • Proficient in case management, including intake, documentation, tracking and timely resolution of employee concerns
      • Experience conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations into behavioral misconduct and policy violations
      • Ability to proactively identify and assess issues impacting case management and investigations
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
      • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
      • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position


      Preferred qualifications:

      • Proficiency in case management tools (Navex, Convercent, Case IQ, etc.)

      About the job:

      The Senior Specialist - Employee Relations role is responsible for managing and assigning employee relations cases via our case management tool and conducts thorough, objective investigations into behavioral misconduct and workplace concerns. The individual in this position will hold case management responsibilities, provide support on our Discipline Review Panel / Corrective Action Committee cases, and lead company investigations.

      Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:

      • Responsible for all case entry and assignments within our case management tool. Ensures all data is accurate and assigned to appropriate ER Manager or Performance Coach within the timelines outlined within the SOP
      • Responsible for scheduling, packet creation and management of the Discipline Review Panel and Corrective Action Committee meetings.
      • Applies knowledge of policies and guidelines to conduct thorough and impartial investigations
      • Responsible for timely intake, researching the allegation, developing an investigation plan, conducting effective interviews and data collection, completing a written report, and communicating an appropriate summary to relevant parties
      • Uses prescribed guidelines when assigning cases, managing Discipline Review Panel / Corrective Action Committee matters and conducting investigations
