- Develop, implement, and refine paid social and creator strategies aligned to acquisition goals across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Social Media.
- Build always-on and campaign test plans (audiences, hooks, formats, lengths) with clear learning agendas.
- Source, vet, brief, and manage nano/micro creators; secure usage rights and implement allowlisting/Partnership Ads and Spark Ads.
- Collaborate with agency partner on always-on and seasonal creator campaigns.
- Partner with Creative to produce and iterate on high-performing assets; maintain a library of creator content for paid amplification.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Report on key performance indicators; deliver clear readouts and recommendations to scale or pivot.
- Own paid social audience strategy; build segmented prospecting and retargeting with smart exclusions, recency/frequency, and sequential creative to optimize ad efficiency.
- Ensure brand safety, FTC-compliant disclosures, content rights management, and privacy best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Comms/Legal, Creative, and regional teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- 5+ years in social marketing, including 3+ years driving paid social and creator/influencer programs end-to-end.
- Proven examples of creator campaigns (ideally nano/micro) with measurable outcomes; include 2-3 case links with your role, budget tier, and results.
- Hands-on expertise with CreatorIQ, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Experience collaborating with creator agencies or coming from an agency background; strong project management across multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
- Familiarity with allowlisting/Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, user-generated content licensing, and FTC guidelines. Proven excellence in audience development and targeting strategies.
- Excellent brief writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing paid social media budgets. Ability to discern how much budget should go toward campaigns and when.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently in vague situations.

- Compensation range for this position is $78,000-$130,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

As the Senior Specialist, Paid Social Media & Creator on the Consumer Growth Marketing team, you'll drive U.S. consumer acquisition through performance-minded paid social and a scaled micro-creator program. You'll lead hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, collaborate with external agency partners, and report to the Sr. Manager of Social Media.
