What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce DevOps practices
- Manage the end-to-end release pipeline and ensure efficient deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs
- Own the release lifecycle for Salesforce applications, including sandbox management and deployment coordination
- Mentor development teams on DevOps principles, tooling, and workflows
- Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and design robust solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce and 1 year in DevOps or release management
- Proven expertise with Salesforce DevOps tools and source-driven development workflows
- Strong command of Salesforce CLI, SFDX, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience managing multi-org environments and complex release schedules
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I & II and Platform Administrator I & II
- Experience with test automation frameworks and quality assurance practices
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud-native development
- Background in Media & Entertainment or large-scale enterprise environments
