What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead monthly operational meetings with Enterprise customers to review progress and upcoming milestones
- Manage project timelines for major initiatives such as integrations and product feature rollouts
- Deliver training and enablement on new and existing product features across the GoFundMe ecosystem
- Monitor platform usage and campaign performance to inform optimization strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer requirements and operational timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience helping Enterprise clients navigate technical requirements and product solutions
- 3-5 years of experience managing or troubleshooting CRM integrations, preferably Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP
- Strong understanding of APIs and product expertise
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
