      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee cross-functional coordination of development efforts involving multiple products and integration points
      - Develop detailed program delivery roadmaps in collaboration with various teams
      - Monitor progress and initiate corrective actions to meet program goals
      - Support process improvements within organizational delivery processes
      - Drive programs across the AI/ML model lifecycle, including development and monitoring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
      - 6-7 years of project management experience, particularly in software delivery practices
      - Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Possession or pursuit of SAFe Agilist certification and project management certification (PMI, PMP)
