What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-impact instructor-led training (ILT)—both virtual and in-person—across the entire sales lifecycle
- Enable Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to articulate business value and technical superiority
- Execute Train-the-Trainer (T3) instruction to certify partners and provide ongoing mentorship
- Maintain subject matter expertise across the employer's portfolio while staying current on industry trends
- Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance existing content and develop new courses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in presales engineering, technical training, or consulting within the cybersecurity industry
- Practical expertise in enterprise cybersecurity areas such as SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and more
- Hands-on proficiency in IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud and on-premises networking
- Exceptional ability to deliver clear, impactful presentations and interactive training
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business-relevant field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations
- CrowdStrike Falcon certifications or industry-recognized certifications such as SANS, CISSP, CEH, OSCP
- Experience across incident response, digital forensics, or security-focused AI infrastructure
- Background in curriculum development or delivering T3 technical training programs at scale
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
