- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience working with enterprise technologies, systems, or platforms
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting cloud and/or container-based environments
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including computer, networking, and security services
- Hands-on experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations
- Proven ability to design and support scalable, cloud-based architectures
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues across distributed systems and environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with GitOps methodologies and configuration management tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Ansible
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and principles
- Background supporting enterprise-level applications
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud solutions leveraging AWS, container platforms, and Linux-based systems
- Act as a subject matter expert across cloud and container technologies, supporting platform stability and performance
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Translate technical and business requirements into scalable, secure architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across cloud and containerized environments
- Support automation initiatives and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for production systems
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst for a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of cloud-native and containerized solutions within a hybrid infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. This role collaborates with technical and business teams to deliver modern, automated platforms aligned with organizational goals.
