- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Handle basic plumbing tasks including minor repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct minor drywall repairs and patching as needed.
- Repair and maintain appliances to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately to complete assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding work progress and issues.
- Prioritize work orders and tasks to meet deadlines and maintain facility standards.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance and work performance.

- Strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Basic electrical knowledge and repair skills.
