      Now Hiring: Industrial Machine Installers – Aurora, CO

      We’re looking for skilled Set‑Up Technicians to join our production team in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, adjusting, and optimizing injection molding equipment to support efficient, high‑quality manufacturing. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring precision, consistency, and zero‑defect performance across all molding operations.


      Compensation

      • Pay: $25.00 – $32.00/hour (DOE)
      • Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for night shift roles

      Shift Schedule

      Shifts operate on a 2‑2‑3 style rotation:

      • A & C Shifts:
      • Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
      • Day: 5:50 AM – 6:00 PM
      • Night: 5:50 PM – 6:00 AM
      • B & D Shifts:
      • Every other Wednesday + Thursday–Saturday
      • Same day/night hours as above

      Key Responsibilities

      • Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines following established processes.
      • Perform mold changes, tooling adjustments, and machine setups to align with production schedules.
      • Diagnose and troubleshoot common molding issues including short shots, flash, burns, and dimensional defects.
      • Monitor process parameters and make timely adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
      • Utilize measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers for routine inspections.
      • Partner with Quality and Production teams to address defects and enhance process capability.
      • Accurately document machine settings, process changes, and production notes.
      • Support continuous improvement initiatives—scrap reduction, quality enhancements, and cycle‑time improvements.
      • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • Prior experience with plastic injection molding is highly preferred.
      • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve machine or process issues.
      • Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
      • Ability to read and interpret production documentation and work instructions.
      • Understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
      • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
