      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full lifecycle of 50 new site builds, including candidate selection and leasing
      - Handle tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting processes
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful site acquisitions
      - Maintain familiarity with California local markets and AT&T-specific systems
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in California, with a preference for Southern California
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in site acquisition or a related field
      - Proven ability to manage complex projects and work under tight deadlines
      - Strong understanding of zoning and permitting processes in California
      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with wireless telecommunications site acquisition
      - Familiarity with AT&T-specific systems and processes
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced project management environment
      - Knowledge of local market conditions and regulatory requirements
