What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end administration of the Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environment, including tenant management and configuration policies
- Deploy, upgrade, and maintain OneAgent, ActiveGate, and related components across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Maintain governance over dashboards, alerts, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Develop and maintain high-value dashboards for technical teams and business stakeholders
- Provide monthly/quarterly observability reports covering performance trends and optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 12-15 years of related experience, including 8 years in a technology area
- 3–5+ years of experience in application performance monitoring (APM) or observability
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration (SaaS or Managed)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and networking fundamentals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology
- Familiarity with logs/metrics/traces, synthetic monitoring, and distributed tracing concepts
- Experience with automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, YAML, or Terraform
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure performance issues
- Strong communication skills for distilling complex technical findings
