Job Description

- Valid Driver's License required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of general maintenance experience preferred
- Experience or training as electrician preferred
- Experience in appliance repair preferred
- Experience or training in plumbing, painting and carpentry preferred
- Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems of community.
- Maintains community grounds; may include lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal.
- Completes all assigned maintenance work orders.
- Repairs and maintains electrical and utility systems.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Maintains safety systems, such as: fire alarms, nurse call systems, security).
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.
- Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.

Up to $24-$28/hr | Full Time | Day 8am - 4pm | On-Call Rotation | Rotating Weekends and Holidays
The Skilled Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing specific routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of community grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors while providing cost effective maintenance programs.
