Concept and produce social‑first content across platforms, from idea to final assets
Track emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts to guide creative direction
Collaborate with the creative team to shape and execute campaign ideas
Create static, motion, and short‑form video content tailored to each platform
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social content
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Refine creative output using performance insights and evolving best practices
Ensure all content is optimized for mobile‑first consumption
5+ years of experience in a social-focused creative role, such as Graphic Designer or Art Director, with a strong understanding of social platforms, formats, specs, and optimization best practices.
Proven ability to create both static and video content
Passion for social trends, culture, and evolving creative work
Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a lean creative team
Proactive, adaptable, and confident contributing ideas beyond execution
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro

Annualized Compensation Range
$77,000.00 - $81,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
