      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice.
      - Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement.
      - Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and in alignment with client guidelines.
      - Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as needed.
      - Become a true extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated high-level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness; fluency in additional languages is an asset.
      - Exceptional written communication skills in English, including spelling, grammar, and clarity.
      - Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
      - Professional experience managing social media platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
      - Availability to work a mix of shifts, including weekends.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with all major social media platforms and their functionalities.
      - Interest in the type of content being moderated, such as tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism.
      - Organizational skills and reliability with excellent customer service instincts.
      - Fast, reliable internet connection (50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) with no data restrictions.
      - Active Facebook account.
