      • Gain hands-on, real-world experience within a leading industry, working on meaningful projects that contribute to day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
      • Volunteer to assist with company events such as the Family Picnic, Employee Summit, Manufacturing Technology Summer Camp, and other events as needed.
      • Complete a final presentation outlining their internship experience, which may be presented to their direct supervisor and colleagues.
      • Gain hands-on exposure to projects, team collaboration, and professional development opportunities designed to prepare them for future careers.
      • Participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and community-building activities across the organization.

      Job Duties & Responsibilities:

      Join us for an exciting summer! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing intern.

      As a social media intern, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of digital and influencer initiatives across multiple platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in content strategy, influencer collaboration, and social media performance tracking within a fast-paced, creative environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist with the generation, coordination, and management of influencer, creator, and brand ambassador assignments
      • Support day-to-day social media and influencer content management, including content scheduling, organization, and quality checks
      • Contribute to major social media campaign ideation and activation, from concept development through execution
      • Assist with social media management for the Timbersports brand, including content planning and performance monitoring
      • Gather, organize, and analyze social media and influencer performance reports to support insights and recommendations

      Internship Goals:

      • Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of influencer, creator, and ambassador assignments to ensure timely execution and clear communication.
      • Help organize, review, and manage social media and influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and publishing timelines.
      • Contribute creative ideas for major social media initiatives and assist in bringing approved ideas to life.
      • Support day-to-day social media activities for Timbersports, helping maintain an active, engaging, and on-brand presence.
      • Collect, organize, and analyze performance data to help evaluate social media and influencer effectiveness.

      Candidate Perferences:

      Academic Year: Junior, Senior

      Area of Study: Marketing or Communication

      Software Experience: PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative, Excel, Familiar with all social media platforms

      Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

      Compensation: $20/hr
