- Builds flight-ready creative projects and operationalizes a creative prioritization strategy for ongoing tent pole initiatives
- Assists with in-house creative design efforts for social and partnership campaigns
- Be a self-starter with little or no direction, a can-do attitude, and a focused work ethic is required to thrive in our fast-paced environment, to bring vision and life to our projects
- Possess the ability to enjoy daily challenges and provide solutions
- Create content, very organized, repurposing with a creative attitude
- Project management for editorial work (collecting assets, working with programmers, giving, and asking for edits for design projects from our graphic designer, etc.)
- Proofreading, editing, and creatively rethinking projects with out-of-the-box thinking
- Must work well in a team environment
- Adhoc projects based on the needs of the business
- 4-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the social media and digital space
- Microsoft Office Suite of products, Smartsheet, and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Knowledge of social media metrics and trends
- Some knowledge of applying social metrics to content recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree and 4-5 years' experience in marketing or related field
- Brand, Advertising, Digital, or agency experience a plus

Description
Group O is seeking a Social Media Operations & Creative Specialist for a temporary opportunityto coordinate, support, and bring programming priorities to life on social media. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media strategies, the entertainment marketplace (cable networks, premium programming, and sports packages), and the media landscape. The ideal candidate will work within a Social Operations Organization and will work closely with members of the Editorial Social vertical, including Sports & Entertainment Leads, Design Leads, Producers, the Paid Media Lead, and others on the team.
