What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned social media campaigns and optimize based on performance metrics
- Set up new campaigns, including tracking implementation as per the measurement framework
- Collaborate with analytics and account service teams to identify opportunities in the paid social space
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results
- Assist with monthly forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing campaigns within the social media ecosystem
- Proven track record of strategic planning and executing social media campaigns
- High level of integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm for cross-functional roles
- Strong collaborative skills and adaptability to changing circumstances
