What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the efficient running of the facility and its therapeutic programming
- Answer phones, direct inbound calls, and take messages
- Maintain organized front office and track office supplies
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents and assist with meal preparation as needed
- Support residents in communicating with various agencies and accompany them to appointments when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent in-person, phone, email, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of community services and ability to model open communication
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency driving insurability requirements
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation and phone

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Experience working in crisis intervention preferred
