The Chalmers P Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic is recruiting full-time Social Workers. The incumbent, professional licensed clinical social worker, will function as a case manager for the VAACC's Housing and Urban Development/VA Supported Housing (HUD/VASH) program. The program is a specialized treatment program area, with collaborative effort with the local Public Housing Authority to provide homeless veterans with Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and long-term community case management.
