      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
      - Proven supervisory experience in managing engineering teams
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills in IT and software management
      - Expertise in API Gateway, Middleware, and software team management
